Regular Program

The regular program at Meyokumin School provides instruction that follows the mandated Alberta curriculum. Each school in Edmonton Public Schools complements the teaching of the curriculum differently, based on the needs of their students and input from parents.

Meyokumin School is delighted to offer Punjabi Language and Culture classes to students at our school. In the Mainstream Program, students are able to register in these classes starting in Kindergarten.  This instruction occurs during regular instructional time. No fees are regular for students to choose to participate in Punjabi language classes.  Once students are registered in the classes, parents are required to commit their child’s participation for the entire school year.

Meyokumin School is a popular choice with many families and our school facilities are at capacity. Meyokumin School is a closed boundary school. Eligible students must live in the school's attendance area. These boundaries are:

  • north of Millwoods Road South NW
  • east of 66 Street NW
  • west of 50 Street NW
  • south of 23 Avenue NW

More information on registration is available at the Registration portion of this website.

We do not accept registration requests by email.
